Swift River Molds are proudly crafted in the USA, blending cutting-edge technology with precision engineering. Our revolutionary UNImold™ manufacturing process ensures a stress-free mold cavity and a meticulously controlled hardening procedure, guaranteeing an extended lifespan.

Employing state-of-the-art CNC machining, we use a single solid plate of special alloy steel, eliminating the need for welds except for the top deck rails. The mold walls and top surface undergo a rigorous case-hardening treatment, reaching a minimum of 62Rc. This process forms carbides on the surface, minimizing wear and maximizing mold longevity.

Our tamper head shoes are meticulously machined to replicate any surface texture with pinpoint accuracy. Crafted from a specialized alloy steel and case-hardened to a minimum of 60Rc, they deliver exceptional durability and longevity.

Tamper head plungers are securely bolted to the tamper head plate within a self-aligning pocket, ensuring effortless and precise alignment during replacement, if needed.
